The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint an Administrator to provide comprehensive support to School academic and student-facing services.
The role of School Administrator carries a very broad and varied remit which would suit applicants who are keen to develop a professional services career within higher education. Whether you are seeking to change sector or aiming to build upon experience and knowledge already gained within an HE environment, the role offers candidates an excellent opportunity to enhance professional learning and to develop skills and experience in a wide range of higher education administrative functions.
Located within a busy office environment, candidates must have relevant administrative experience; demonstrate an ability to work flexibly within a team; and to build and maintain sound working relationships in contributing to the delivery of an efficient and comprehensive support service.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential along with the ability to organise and plan workload effectively whilst maintaining accuracy. Experience of working in a higher education environment is desirable.
