Role Description

Cranfield Management Development Limited (CMDL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cranfield University.

CMDL largely supports a portfolio of customised and executive programmes offered through Cranfield Executive Development (CED). This includes partnering and collaboration with Cranfield’s School of Management Faculty and Administrative support.

Cranfield School of Management is one of the most eminent business schools in the world, specialising in outstanding teaching, high quality research and practical solutions for the international business community.

To support this work we are currently looking to recruit a Client Administrator to join our busy team working on our flagship Government Project Leadership Programme (PLP).

Our team within PLP is dedicated to providing the very highest standards of customer care both to the delegates attending the programmes and to their internal customers who are primarily members of Faculty and Associates running the programmes.  In this role you will be customer-facing and will provide efficient and accurate programme support to delegates on the Project Leadership Programme and promote the wellbeing of these delegates whilst they are at Cranfield.

To be successful in this role you will require previous administrative experience in a customer-facing role; be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel but particularly strong in PowerPoint. You will be a confident communicator with strong customer relations skills.  The role requires excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with close attention to detail. Proven written communications will be essential to produce high quality reports, briefings and general correspondence. Occasional flexibility to working hours may be required to assist with registration.

For an informal discussion, please contact Sherry Davison, Executive Programme Manager in the School of Management on (E); sherry.davison@cranfield.ac.uk or (T) +44 (0) 1234 75 4391

At Cranfield we value Diversity and Inclusion, and aim to create and maintain a culture in which everyone can work and study together harmoniously with dignity and respect and realise their full potential.
