The Faculty of Health and Life Sciences has a vacancy for two Registry Course Administrators within the Faculty Registry Team. The successful candidates will support the Registry team in providing support to students and academic staff involved with the provision of Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Professional courses within the Faculty.
The full time permanent position will be providing administrative support to the Faculty's placement activities. The Faculty is responsible for organising a large number of placements related to courses that lead to professional registration.
The Faculty is seeking good team players. You will need to evidence a positive 'can do' attitude exceeding customer expectations. You will need to be highly organised and able to manage and prioritise your workload using your own initiative, sometimes under pressure, in a busy customer focused environment. A good level of customer care and standards is required. Candidates will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Faculty which can include moving to work in different areas as well as some evening or weekend work.
You should be qualified up to and including 3 A-levels (grade A-C) or equivalent; including GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent. You must have knowledge and experience of working with IT packages.
