About the Role
Work-related learning is an integral part of Faculty programmes. A small team of Work-Placement Offers play an important role in sourcing placements and supporting students in finding ones appropriate to their experience and skills. Working across a number of departments with students, staff, employers and other external organisations, the role holder will be expected to play a supportive role in implementing the Faculty systems to support sustained growth in the number and range of placement activities we can offer students and in continuously improving the work placement experiences of students, employers and other external organisations that host them. Specifically, the post relates to sourcing and initiating short-term placement provision, including compulsory work placements integrated within assessed programmes and voluntary extra-curricular placement opportunities.
