Information Technology Assistant
IT Assistant in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (Ref.: 201801030) (to commence as soon as possible for one-year)
Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C for Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language; knowledge of computer systems, IT components, as well as MS Windows/Office/Outlook. They should also be a team player with good customer service and inter-personal skills, self-motivated and hard working. Those with experience in operating AV equipment would be an advantage. The appointee will offer support in the areas of computer operation, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, and data management. Typical duties include the setting up and configurations of desktop computers, peripherals and accounts; installation of software; installation and repair of hardware and peripherals; design, creation and maintenance of basic IT records and reports; transfer of computer files between platforms; and to support other IT projects as assigned. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
