Digital Marketing and Communications Officer
The role is open-ended with fixed funding until August 2023.
The South, West & Wales AHRC Doctoral Training Partnership (SWW DTP) is a unique collaboration between Higher Education Institutions and professional practitioners that aims to shape the next generation of leaders in the Arts and Humanities sector. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the SWW DTP Team at an exciting time as the programme reaches its maximum student capacity.
A varied and dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for raising the profile of the South, West and Wales Doctoral Training Partnership (SWW DTP) and its activities to all stakeholders, internally and externally. You will be comfortable gathering market insight and adapting/producing a range of engaging digital content including marketing materials, short videos and web copy. In addition, you should have a good understanding and experience of digital marketing and social media and be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing and taking forward the SWW DTP’s marketing and communication strategy in order to meet targets set by both the SWW DTP and the Arts and Humanities Research Council.
You must have a proven track record in digital content creation and curation, and digital/social media marketing. Knowledge of the higher education sector, preferably within the postgraduate market is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who is ideas driven and enthusiastic with first rate customer service, communication, and presentation skills. We require a highly organised self-starter, with a flexible, proactive and supportive approach to work.
