This is a full time permanent post.
The postholder will provide a professional building surveying service, and will also assist in the delivery of a building and grounds maintenance and minor works service.
He or she will also assist in the development of and participate in the implementation of buildings and grounds, planned preventive and reactive maintenance strategy–leading to a highly effective, efficient and customer focussed service in line with the University’s strategic asset management approach to the ongoing management of its estate.
