This is a part-time role of 17.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE) and therefore the salary will be pro-rata to the salary shown; it is also a fixed-term post for 18 months in the first instance (10 September 2018 - 13 March 2020).
This role will provide a high level professional and confidential administrative support service to the Head of Department. In addition, the post-holder will be responsible for providing support to Departmental administrative processes such as timetabling, workload modelling, and recruitment.
Although the post-holder’s hours will be fixed (actual times to be agreed), it may be necessary for the hours to be amended, following advance notice, during times of peak workload.
