Role Summary:

This is a key post that will contribute to the ambitions of the University's new Strategic Plan 2017/18 - 2022/23

The Cardiff School of Education and Social Policy at Cardiff Metropolitan University has an excellent reputation for its Initial Teacher Education provision, which is anticipated to grow over the next 5 years. The post holder will join an enthusiastic, committed and research/innovation active team within the Department Initial Teacher Education. 

The major commitment will be to teach and assess postgraduate ITE students, predominantly in primary science and mathematics. They will also be expected to contribute to the teaching on our undergraduate Education Studies programme. Flexibility to teach across the Cardiff School of Education and Social Policy is required. The ability to contribute to other areas of our provision.
