Executive Assistant in the School of Public Health
Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 201800992) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in health sciences, marketing, language studies, or relevant disciplines, with solid experience in programme administration at tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; exceptional organizational skills; and be meticulous and tactful in dealing with people. Proficiency in Excel is required. Applicants should also demonstrate the capacity for independent action; be ready for performing diversified duties; and be able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. The appointee is expected to assist in the operations of academic programmes, including admissions, timetabling, examinations, student record management, quality assurance, event coordination, student affairs, alumni relations, industry networking, and other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
