Marketing Assistant Officer
As a Marketing Assistant Officer you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of innovative marketing plans and strategies in support of student or corporate marketing objectives, with a particular emphasis on digital content, social-media and email marketing to increase engagement and build affinity amongst key target audiences.
Within this role you will provide support for assigned areas of marketing activity and deliver bespoke multi-channel marketing activities, supporting a digital by default culture, using social and marketing tools that engage specific audience groups and deliver the best return on investment for the university.
In this project-based role, you will work on a range of key marketing initiatives cutting across prospective student, current student, business and reputational audiences. You will work closely with internal marketing teams focused on these audiences to plan activity, create content and measure impact.
The successful candidate will be dynamic, hard-working and creative with strong planning and project management skills. Good communication and organisational skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve positive results, are also essential for the role.
