Business Improvement Services (BIS) is part of Library and Information Services and was established in January 2015, it delivers high quality project management and business analysis to support the achievement of Cardiff Metropolitan University vision and mission. Working as part of a wider team of project managers, we are looking for an individual who will take the lead initiative for business analysis but with the ability to manage projects as directed by the needs of the university.
The Business Analyst will primarily investigate situations, considering business and user perspectives, analyse business problems and processes and evaluate options. They will communicate and validate requirements and recommend solutions. A key part of the role is to develop business cases for their adoption into the university, always with the focus on identifying and delivering business benefits.
