Change Management and Digital Adviser
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in facilitating the introduction of a new HR system by providing the technical changes required to digitalise our HR policies/practices and to create digital learning and development programmes to help build a new organisation culture in accordance with our Corporate Strategy. This will include supporting the Director of People, Culture and Inclusion in the change management activities which applies both to academic and professional services staff, including line managers and senior staff.
The purpose of introducing a new system is to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of data handling, and to open new possibilities for data analysis, new insights and the opportunity to change management practices, to be more inclusive, with more joint problem solving, and participation. This new post will support this work as a technical expert and change agent.
The post holder will directly report to the Director of PCI, and will act as a business partner to the Director of HR Services in relation to the change management aspect of the role, and act as a business partner to the Chief Information Officer on the digital capabilities in relation to learning and development.
The successful candidate will have experience in the design and delivery of manager and staff learning and development programmes, experience of up skilling digital capabilities and using them to create effective learning programmes, and will be a creative thinker, with an ability to develop and support appropriate and innovative approaches.
