You will help to ensure CSU's online user experience supports the Web Strategy. You will assist in the development of User Experience (UX) outputs; have input into the development and review of web development standards, procedures and guidelines; and assist in the implementation of user experience specific training, as well as assisting in the delivery of high quality user experience reporting to support the Web Strategy and University objectives.
To be successful you will have:
- Proven experience in UX principles, design, Information Architecture (IA) and content development;
- Proven ability in user research and testing;
- Proven ability in implementing user experiences;

The Division of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible and accountable for the strategic management, development and support of information, communications and web technology across the University, and the provision of related services to all staff and students of the University. DIT is committed to a strong service culture, and focuses on delivering 'fit-for-purpose' quality services to the University community.
