Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance Section (CDQA) of the Registry (Ref.: 201800999) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary)
Applicants should possess post-secondary education, preferably with 2 years’ work experience in a tertiary institution or public organization; proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; good research skills; computer literacy (e.g. MS Office, database management); and knowledge of IT systems. The appointee must be a good team player, self-motivated, meticulous, hardworking and responsible. His/Her primary duty will be to support reviews of the undergraduate curricula. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
