Student Recruitment Assistant
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and passionate team member to work as part of the Student Recruitment team. This role is a critical function within our team and is responsible for supporting the organisation and logistics of the on and off campus recruitment activity including open days, applicant days and teachers' conferences. Proven excellent customer service skills are a key requirement for this role and we are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills written, verbal, and face-to-face as you will be dealing regularly with a range of internal and external clients. A flexible, proactive and 'can do' attitude is paramount along with the ability to work unsupervised and exercise your judgment and initiative. As a highly organised person, you will be able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects and events at the same time in order to meet deadlines. You will need to work with a diverse range of people on a daily basis whilst recognising the need for and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with enquirers.
With experience of current administrative experience in a busy office environment, with a high degree of customer contact, the successful applicant will have a range of GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent.
