The College of Arts, Law and Education (CALE) incorporates the School of Humanities, School of Social Sciences, School of Creative Arts, Faculty of Education and Faculty of Law. The College provides world-class research and teaching, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University's Hobart, Launceston and Cradle Coast (Burnie) campuses.

We are seeking two new members to join the Social Work program in the School of Social Sciences. In this role you will contribute to the strategic teaching and research outputs of the School and College. With a focus on curriculum innovation and teaching delivery, the incumbents will develop and deliver units in flexible, fully online and face-to-face modes. The Social Work program offers opportunities for study and research in a variety of areas and successful applicants will have experience in social work and social sustainability (including 'Green' or 'Eco' Social Work, decolonising social work, migration and mobility); social work and social entrepreneurship; and preventing and responding to trauma impacting diverse cultural groups.

These appointments will be offered on an ongoing, full-time basis, and appointment will be considered in either Launceston or Hobart at either level.

Appointment to this role will be at Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) Academic Level:

Appointment to this role at Academic Level B will have a total remuneration package of up to $127,369 comprising base salary within the range of $92,326 - $108,862 plus 17% superannuation.

Appointment to this role at Academic Level C will have a total remuneration package of up to $150,401 comprising base salary within the range of $112,184 - $128,548 plus 17% superannuation.
