You will need to be a flexible team player with good communication skills enabling you to create partnerships with a variety of users, coaches and National Governing Bodies (NGBs). An ability to plan, organise and prioritise your workload is also important. You will be customer focused and able to use your own initiative in a fast moving and results driven environment. It is essential that you have an understanding of conditioning training to improve performance and in particular working with performance athletes from a variety of sports.
