Project Director, School of Public Health, Health Policy and Management
The Project Director is assigned to the projects in 8-10 various research sites; overeeing management of data collection; assisting project principal investigators in drafting resaerch protocols, interview guides, surveys and other data collection tools; conducting site visits, interviews and/or focus groups; and drafting and submitting required documentation to access secondary data (e.g. administrative data). Essential Duties include: Direct oversight of staff conducting data collection and data management Oversee and manage the development of databases to track data analysis (including developing code books and coding qualitative data) Develop and manage research protocols, interview guides, surveys and other data collection tools (including access to secondary data)
Master's degree and 3-5 years experience in health services research (or equivalent). Strong written and oral communication skills.
