Student Welfare Advisor

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Student Welfare Advisor to work in our Student Welfare department. The role is responsible for providing students with information, advice and guidance on a range of welfare matters via various communication routes. The work also includes pastoral support, active listening and triage in order to identify urgent issues that need escalating to other support staff and ensuring that meetings are recorded for other purposes. As part of this role you will be required to collate and disseminate student risk assessment forms.
