An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EAL Tutor to be part of our dynamic Internationalisation team. The role is responsible for providing tuition to students who do not have English as their first language across both our Further Education and Higher Education sites. You will assess student needs and teach the English Language incorporating British culture and values while also providing support for assignments.
The successful candidate will be degree educated and have a teaching qualification. They must have an in depth understanding of the English Language and experience of teaching English as a second and/or Foreign Language. Experience of teaching English as a second/foreign language and supporting students within an international setting would be desirable.
