A vacancy has arisen for 2 HE Administration Assistants within the HE Administration team. The Administration Assistants will have a vital role to play in supporting our student body, by being a first line for student enquiries in the office and through the operation and monitoring of the University attendance policy, including the creation of registers and inputting of student attendance information into the Agresso Student Records System.

The position also lends key support to a team of Programme Administrators, within the HE Administration Office. This work includes tasks such as support of student submissions, handling requests for transcripts /certificates /references, inputting marks into the student record system and supporting the team in other routine office tasks, such as filing and photocopying.

The successful candidates should be educated to a minimum of GCSE level including English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above, have relevant experience in an administrative role, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and should have a good grasp of IT and willingness to learn new systems.
