Role Description

Cranfield is an exclusively postgraduate university that is a global leader for education and transformational research in technology and management.

Education Services provides a wide range of support to the University's Schools. The department’s strategic objectives are to provide a professional and efficient service to the University's Schools in all of these areas. This requires engagement at all levels within the Schools, and close liaison with other central service departments to provide a coherent student experience.

This new role will develop the university’s capacity to manage its student and course data, produce management information and fulfil the requirements of statutory data returns, not least to HESA as the Data Futures Programme is delivered.

Qualified with a first degree or equivalent, preferable in a numerate discipline, this role also requires experience of working with complex databases in a Higher Education context. It would be an advantage to have good knowledge of HESA’s Data Futures Programme.

You will be IT literate, including email, internet, database applications and reporting tools; an adaptable team member, able to work on your own initiative, with proven analytical skills.
