Administrative Assistant - (Information Coordinator)

Vacancy Ref: 021402

Salary: Grade 5, £21,585 - £25,728 per annum.

You will provide a high-level efficient, effective and proactive administrative support for the undergraduate programmes in the School of Veterinary Medicine with specific responsibility for administrative activities associated with the School’s virtual learning environment (Moodle and Mahara) and other e-learning systems. In addition, independently manage the processes in relation to programme and course information for accreditation and other areas of quality assurance.

In addition, you will work closely with the Undergraduate School Manager, the Learning Technologist, Programme Leaders and other members of the UG School office team.
