Mooting, Conferences and Experimental Learning Coordinator (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Department of Law (Ref.: 201800981)(to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess: (i) a Bachelor's degree; and (ii) relevant work experience (e.g. in conference or event planning and organization and/or in the legal profession).  They should also have good interpersonal and language skills (oral and written) in both English and Chinese.  The appointee will assist in organizing the Department's programme of compulsory and voluntary moots as well as international and regional mooting competitions, including the training components of the moots/mooting competitions; planning and organizing a variety of academic-related conferences, symposia, seminars, workshops, and summer internship programmes of the Department.  He/She will also assist in the implementation and organization of various clinical and experiential learning programmes.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
