UQ’s BEL Faculty Marketing and Communications Team is seeking a Website and Digital Content Coordinator to produce content and maintain the Faculty and School websites and online presence.
You will be responsible for planning, writing, editing, maintaining and publishing content on the Faculty’s and Schools’ websites. You’ll liaise with stakeholders across the Faculty, including professional staff, academics and researchers, to ensure content is current, fresh and engaging.
You will also work with the broader marketing team to contribute to and help execute digital marketing strategies and activity to profile and position with current and prospective students and staff, alumni, industry partners, media and the community.
You’ll have the user front-of-mind, defining and enhancing user journeys and analysing site performance to improve search and conversions.
Applicants should hold qualifications in relevant disciplines, such as communications, digital marketing or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
You must have expertise in writing and editing digital content, demonstrating the ability to write for the web, with scrupulous proof-reading skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems (Drupal preferred), Vision6 and Google Analytics is essential.
Previous experience in marketing automation and/or the higher education sector would be highly regarded.
This is a full-time continuing appointment at HEW Level 5. The remuneration package will be in the range $64,597.80 - $70,348.94 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of 17% (total package will be in the range $86,822.27 - $93,558.47 p.a.).
