As Associate Director, Planning and Performance, you will lead the provision of high quality strategic advice and information to a broad group of stakeholders such as Board of Trustees, Senior Executives, Governance Committees and senior leaders within the Schools and Divisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will stay abreast of higher education trends and contemporary practice and manage a unit of specialised staff to deliver high quality institutional research, analysis, student load data management, commentary and advice on issues of strategic significance within the University and across the sector.
Ideally, you will have demonstrated the ability to identify and implement strategically significant information requirements, to work with stakeholders to meet those requirements appropriately and to use best practice information visualisation techniques to meet their needs. You will identify strongly with the University¹s mission, history and commitment to students, staff and the needs of the region. This is a full-time, fixed term appointment for 5 years at Penrith Campus. An attractive remuneration package is on offer.
