Classification: ANU Officer Grade 6/7 (Administration)
Salary package:$77,408 - $89,370 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation

The Division of Marketing & Student Recruitment is seeking an energetic student recruitment officer within the International Recruitment team. The International Student Recruitment Officer contributes to the formulation and implementation of strategies, relationships and plans, with the aim of attracting international applications and enrolments for all ANU programs, across a range of countries.
The position plays a key role in developing and implementing conversion and diversity strategies to contribute to the vibrant student body on campus. International Student Recruitment staff work closely with staff in other areas of the Division and internal University stakeholders to achieve these goals.
You will need to have a sound understanding of effective marketing, communication and outreach strategies and an appreciation of the characteristics of key markets. Experience with international students or international higher education context will be highly regarded.
This position is an engagement and outreach role, not recruitment in a Human Resources context.
