Business Placements and Project Support Officer
Following the expansion of the MBA programme within Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise, an opportunity has arisen for twelve-month post to support the placements and student projects within the school.
The successful candidate will work with the Business Placement Lead, MBA Course Team, the Employability Lead and other LSBE Course Leaders (as appropriate) on the arrangements and monitoring of business placements for students. This role will involve close supervision and coaching of students in preparation for seeking, securing and undertaking business placements. As a member of the MBA course team, you will be required to contribute to the development of module information packs, assignments and examination questions related to employability and placements.
You will possess excellent communication and networking skills and be prepared to develop contact for placements opportunities outside of the School. Holding a good honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, you will have experience of developing employability learning and teaching resources and the ability to provide career guidance to students relevant to their academic study.
