Applications are invited for appointment as Administrative Assistant II (holding the functional title of Manager) (4 posts) in the Industry Liaison Team of the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a degree in science, engineering, chemistry, biological science or other scientific/technical disciplines, with at least 5 years’ work experience in the relevant industry. Experience in product/business development in commercial companies would be advantageous. Applicants should also have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); a high level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills; be familiar with the IT/science/engineering/chemical/pharmaceutical industry; be highly self-motivated, creative, marketing-oriented, hardworking, capable of independent in-depth research; and be able to work under pressure.
