Computer Support Specialist, BUMC Information Technology
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Client Services, the Computer Support Specialist will provide technology support services to the Boston University Medical Campus Community by participating in Service Desk intake, incident and service request resolution, acting as an escalation point for Client Support Specialist I positions and student assistants.
Associate's or vocational degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of work experience.
