Teaching Associate in Classics and Liberal Arts
The Department of Classics and Ancient History invites applications from suitably qualified candidate for a temporary teaching associate post in Classics and Liberal Arts of 11 months’ duration, starting from 1 September 2018. As Teaching Associate in Classics and Liberal Arts you will be expected to contribute to the department’s provision of teaching at undergraduate level including Introductory Ancient Greek, Myth and History in Fifth-Century Athens (a final-year seminar), and The Ancient City and Modern Politics (a second-year lecture module). They will also lead seminars for the second-year team-taught Liberal Arts units Critical Writing in the Humanities and The History of the Present.
