The Role and Responsibilities
You will support the research aims of indexing and interactive retrieval in large collections of structured and unstructured data, and the evaluation of such systems.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in information retrieval is essential, with a demonstrated focus on one or more of the following areas preferred: algorithm engineering, machine learning, interactive IR, human-computer interaction, evaluation, and question answering. Previous experience with software development for large projects is essential and should show evidence of both research and software development skills.
