Faculty Actions Coordinator, Questrom School of Business, Finance and Administration
As a key member of the Faculty Actions team, reporting to the Director of Faculty Actions, this position will work closely with staff and faculty to ensure that faculty actions related tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner. This position ensures smooth adherence to and completion of policies, procedures, projects, and events. This role will be responsible for duties such as calendar management and support, meeting and event logistics, website and database maintenance, document production, and general administrative tasks. This role will also be involved in data projects and other new or on-going initiatives as needed.
B.A./B.S. required. Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office applications, ability to handle confidential and sensitive material appropriately, and one to three years of experience. Experience in higher education setting and experience with database applications is preferred. Cover letter is required.
