Information and Data Analyst
Location: University Park
Salary: £29,799 to £38,833 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

You will have either a relevant degree or professional qualification plus relevant experience in a similar role or a proven track record of extensive relevant work experience demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to interrogate and interpret data sets to provide insights, draw conclusions and make recommendations, have a high level of attention to detail and customer-service skills, and excellent IT, organisational and communication skills. Applications are invited for the above post based in the Faculty of Arts. Working with the Director of Faculty Operations, you will interrogate and analyse existing data sets within and outside the University, create and maintain new data and systems where necessary, and produce reports and establish monitoring practices inform to the Faculty’s research, education and people strategy. You will also be responsible for developing IT solutions underpinning day-to-day operations and contribute to IT strategy and research data collection, management and storage.

This is a permanent, full-time post. Hours of work are 36.25 hours per week. Job share arrangements may be considered.
