The Manager of Recruitment is responsible for direct oversight of graduate admissions recruitment efforts for the on campus, off-campus, and online programs and supervises two Graduate Admissions Advisors and the Student Ambassadors. In conjunction with other key players in the School, the Manager will develop strategic recruitment initiatives and plan the annual recruitment calendar. The Manager will oversee the email campaign design and end user facing aspects of the prospect management system. There will be some direct involvement in recruitment activities, including, but not limited to, representing SSW at graduate school fairs and national and local conferences,facilitating admissions information sessions, and meeting with prospective students. Some evening, overnight, and weekend work required. If appropriate, the Manager will read applications, as assigned.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. 3-5 years of admissions experience. Knowledge of and/or experience in social work preferred.
