HR Information Systems Manager
The University of Greenwich is currently recruiting an Human Resources Information Systems Manager (HRIS). The successful HRIS Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and development of the HR systems as well as its continual development. Furthermore, you will manage the HR Data Controller & Analyst and will have ownership of the of the reporting function and HR processes.
The best suited HRIS Manager will have experience of managing HR systems in a medium, matrix organisation, ideally experience working with OracleHR is highly desirable, although other strong HR systems backgrounds will also be considered.
Experience in Higher Education is welcome, particularly experience in HESA reporting. You will have significant experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and map HR processes. You will lead on the provision of support to Faculties and Directorates through both the supply and analysis of data to inform their strategic planning, and the provision of a first line support and training service to users of HR software.
As a natural team leader, you will have supervisory experience, a logical and analytical approach to work and excellent communication and I.T Skills.
