A Research Associate position is available in the School of Sociology, Politics and International Studies, University of Bristol. The successful applicant will work on the Comparative Analysis of Social Spaces in Post-Industrial Societies (CASSPIN) project funded by the European Research Council. The project aims to document the shape and effects of social class across several nations, with a particular focus on how it plays out in everyday family life.

The successful applicant, who must be fluent in German as well as English, will be responsible for arranging and conducting qualitative interviews in Berlin, for preparing the data and for contributing to its analysis.

This post is offered on an open ended basis with fixed term funding for 24 months.
