Job Description

BU Department of Dermatology is seeking an outgoing, proactive individual who is interested in learning through new administrative projects in addition to other clerical duties. The Administrative Coordinator role will primarily cover the front desk of our administrative building, cover phones, act as an administrative assistant to Faculty and the Administrative Director and work closely with the Administrative Director on administrative departmental projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and somebody who enjoys interacting with people. This individual will find success by being open to learning new programs and taking on projects while learning on the fly. The Department of Dermatology has a great mix of Faculty and solid core of administrative staff that together form a great team. Required Skills

1-3 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred
