The University has transformed the delivery of student administration and support with teams working from our Service Centres and dedicated spaces across our UK campuses. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in one of these Student Services teams. 

Applications are invited for the role of Student Services Administrator. This Student Services Administrator role is located within the Student Services (Development) base location and will ensure the delivery of a number of services associated with the student journey and administered by the Exams and Timetabling team.   Primarily with an examinations focus supporting on-line examinations and examination paper production, the role holder will also provide support to graduation certificate delivery at Graduation ceremonies and within the timetabling area, room bookings.  Working in a busy, dynamic environment, the successful candidate will be highly enthusiastic and self-motivated.  They will have an excellent eye for detail and will be experienced in delivering a high quality service in all aspects of the role.  The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their own workload with minimum supervision while maintaining the ability to react appropriately to changing priorities and be able to develop a network of contacts to support the priorities of Student Services.

Fixed-term until 30 June 2020, the hours of work for this post is 36.25 per week, normally 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday inclusive (with a one hour lunch break).  Given the nature of the role, there are times when annual leave may be restricted and/or with prior notice, additional working may be required. Job share arrangements may be considered.
