The role

The Business School is seeking to appoint an Accreditation Manager to manage processes to support the maintenance of its portfolio of international accreditations with AACSB International, EFMD EQUIS and AMBA, and key professional accreditations through bodies such as CA ANZ, CPA Australia, CIMA and ACCA.

This is a permanent position, working with and reporting to the Associate Dean Academic Programmes.

The role includes appraising and advising on the accreditation standards for the different systems; designing and managing systems for the collection and analysis of data; monitoring and reporting on continuous improvement processes; and preparing portfolios for submission.

This is a very hands-on role, so in addition to strong project management and excellent written and oral communication skills, it is essential that the candidate is able to demonstrate strong competencies in data collation, management and analysis given the substantial reporting responsibilities in this position.

  • Experience and knowledge of accreditation and quality process systems would be advantageous
  • High-level communication skills required, with verbal, written and interpersonal acuity necessary to successfully deliver on key objectives
  • Experience collating, analysing, manipulating and reporting data
  • Advanced computer skills including complex data management systems
  • Minimum requirement: postgraduate qualification preferably in a business-related discipline
