Human Resources Adviser, Management Information and Systems
Salary: £28,098 - £31,604 per annum
Hours: Full Time

An opportunity has arisen to join the HR Team following the departure of a long standing member of staff. The role has a focus on HR MIS issues including the maintaining and enhancing the day-to-day functionalities of the HR System and production of management information. However as part of a small team, the successful candidate will also be supporting across the breadth of Employee Relations issues such as discipline, grievance and absence management and have an involvement in recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in the team, but more specifically the HR Adviser (Recruitment), Senior HR Adviser and Head of Human Resources as required.
