Leverage your experience to help develop high quality online and digitally enhanced learning resources for the College of Engineering, IT and Environment Science.

The College of Engineering, IT and Environment Science delivers world-class teaching and research, through its internationally accredited engineering degrees and state-of-the-art technologies.

As a Learning Technologist you provide advice, guidance and support to academic staff to assist develop their capacity and capabilities in the use of eLearning, including exploring problems and complexities of practice in the virtual and face to face learning environments.

Ideally, you have completed (or be working towards) a degree in a relevant discipline with experience in the areas of technology-enhanced learning, or equivalent. Demonstrated experience training and supporting teaching staff in the use of digital technologies and development of materials in an LMS is essential. As is a high-level of professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in a culturally sensitive manner with internal and external stakeholders to whom English may not be their first language. Practical experience creating learning resources (HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript) in learning management systems will be well regarded.
