Responsible for supporting the administrative function of the Organizational Development and Learning department by managing all of the logistics of all learning programs and vendor relationships, maintaining the online LMS, and tracking budget expenses. Schedule programs for all leadership, management and professional development programs across the university which includes all logistics, POs, catering, facilities service requests, tracking all items, and communicating with participants. Manage the online DiSC profile process– generate assessments, print assessments, and prepare materials. Manage the maintenance of the internal portal, team and executive director’s calendar, and proofread and edit learning materials, memos and program materials. Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic learning team to design high quality and innovative learning solutions.

Create Program Evaluation surveys for all programs and run program evaluation survey reports to . Additionally, support the Executive Director of Human Resources with administrative, planning and meeting support to the Protection of Minors Steering Committee which includes: work with Compliance Services to continually maintain and update the Protection of Minors information, maintain and update the Protection of Minors program inventory, and communicate with Minors Program Coordinators and program operators on questions of policy interpretation or procedures.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience and two to three years of related experience. Superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.  Demonstrated computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
