Administrator, Metropolitan College, Summer Term
The Administrator for Summer Term is responsible for managing administrative processes related to Summer Term operations, and for developing and maintaining all the large databases (Filemaker, Access, CRM, Excel) that are in use by the office. Specific duties involve overseeing the annual upgrade to the Summer Term website and admissions forms, managing the Summer Term inquiry database, creating the Summer Term schedule on all platforms, scheduling classrooms, creating faculty contracts, and managing the course evaluation process. This position is also responsible for analyzing and assessing the continuing technology needs of Summer Term to ensure that the multitude of applications in use meet the needs of the office.
• BA / BS Degree
• 1-3 Years working experience
• Database background and technical skills in website development
• Demonstration of strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of detail; excellent project management, complex scheduling, planning, and organizational skills
