Compliance Specialist, Research Compliance
The Compliance Specialist promotes best practices and solutions within and across compliance committees (e.g., Animal Care and Use, Biosafety, Laboratory Safety, Radiation Safety, Scientific Diving, Financial Conflicts of Interest) within the Office of Research Integrity. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the activities of the compliance committees and serving as a research compliance subject matter resource to faculty, staff and students.
•Bachelors degree required, may consider experience in lieu of education.
•1 to 3 years of experience in a fast paced operational environment.
•Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
•Ability to produce high-quality work reflecting attention to detail and accuracy.
•Experience with WordPress, RIMS, Click and Blackboard preferred.
•Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
