Salary: Grade 6, £28,098 - £31,604 per annum.

This post is part time at 21 hours per week in year 1, increasing to full time in years 2 and 3, funding available until 31 August 2021.

You will provide in-depth, specialist knowledge of technical practices, methods and procedures and be involved in the delivery of technical services to a team of staff. 

In addition, you will be responsible for cell culture, myocyte isolation, maintenance of a colony of transgenic animals, providing mini-gels, all cloning, subcloning, mutagenesis, purification of plasmids and generation of recombinant adenoviruses, as well as ordering and managing communal supplies for the laboratory team.
