Project Officer / Assistant Officer (PR420/17-18) 

The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to School-wide projects/committees and carry out general office duties as assigned. One of the major roles is to manage the School's database that tracks staff, student and programme information. He/She will be tasked with data input, compilation, mining and analysis, and report-generating for various purposes. He/She will also coordinate and organise documentations for accreditation review visits and related events.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant work experience in the tertiary education sector. They should possess effective interpersonal and communication skills and be an excellent team player. The successful applicant should have strong report skills with demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to details. Good knowledge of database management and information systems will be a definite advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of up to two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
