Officer - Alumni Affairs Office
ALUMNI AFFAIRS OFFICE
The incumbent will be responsible for preparing publications and newsletters to engage the alumni community. He/She will also be responsible for providing administrative and logistics support to events that build a long term relationship with alumni. In addition, he/she is expected to strengthen affinity and engagement with alumni through regular contact and provide active support for individual alumni and alumni associations.
Applicants should possess a recognised degree with at least five years of solid experience in the areas of publishing, marketing, communications and event management. Relevant experience in alumni affairs in higher education institutions is a definite asset. They should also have a high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua); strong interpersonal and communication skills; and be attentive to details. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
