This position involves taking an active role in managing, prioritising and maintaining the Executive Dean's diary, correspondence, events and administrative tasks as well as providing support to the senior leadership team when required. You will have exceptional networking and influencing skills and be able to exercise a high level of personal judgment in dealing with a range of confidential and sensitive issues.
Drawing on your experience gained in a similar role, ideally within a tertiary environment, you will work with minimum supervision, show initiative and anticipate requirements, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. With a high level of energy, you will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. You will have superb organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. You will also possess a high level of Microsoft Office skills and have strong experience providing administrative support, diary and travel management services in a high volume environment.

- Demonstrated experience in the provision of executive support at a senior level.

- Previous experience in supporting Boards and Committees including the preparation of agendas, board papers and meeting minutes
- A consistent track record of delivering high quality work and being accountable for the successful completion of tasks within realistic timeframes

Salary Package: From $81,434 - $89,889 p.a. (HEW Level 6), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
